Delivery Information
We are not able to deliver your order without it being signed for, eg we cannot instruct couriers to “Leave in a safe place or in a porch”
We deliver to UK Mainland, Highlands and Islands and Northern and Republic of Ireland.
For other international postage please call us 01462 790900.
We send out completed orders Monday to Friday. Orders received before 3pm will be dispatched.
Orders received before 3pm on a Friday will be delivered the following Monday, or later depending on your delivery address, e.g Scottish Highlands or Northern and Republic of Ireland.
Orders will only be dispatched after we have received full payment.
Orders paid for after 3pm will be sent out the following working day.
For deliveries, Saturdays are not considered to be a working day.
We do find that some orders are delivered on Saturdays but this is not guaranteed.
COURIER: We provide a NEXT WORKING DAY service when shipping to England, Scotland, and Wales.
Deliveries to Northern Scotland, Highlands and Islands and remote areas may take 48 hours after dispatch.
Northern and Republic of Ireland deliveries usually takes 48 hours after dispatch.
If there is adverse weather at the time you place your order, couriers may not be able to deliver as quickly as normal.
ROYAL MAIL: We provide both 48 and 24 hour tracked services for the UK and also Royal Mail International Tracked to the Republic Of Ireland.
All items sent are fully tracked and a tracking number will be sent to you when the courier has collected your order.
If you have provided us with your email address you will also receive notifications as to the status of your delivery.
Shipping charges include packing, delivery, and all packaging; we will do our utmost to ensure your order arrives correct, safe and on time. We operate a “non profit policy” on our packing and delivery service.
Customs For Overseas Orders
When ordering goods for delivery outside the United Kingdom you will be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied once the goods reach the specified destination. Any additional charges for Customs clearance must be paid by you; Adam & Eve Distribution has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. If you are ordering goods from outside the United Kingdom, it is your responsibility to comply with all the laws and regulations in the country in which you are receiving the goods.
If you refuse to pay the charges levied by customs and excise, or the delivery is unsuccessful, and the goods are returned to us then you will be liable both for the initial delivery charge and the return shipment fees. These will be deducted from any refund due. Should Adam & Eve Distribution incur any transaction charges when refunding your order, the transaction charge amount will be deducted from your refund.
Customs, taxes and fees for Republic of Ireland – IMPORTANT
Orders for the Republic of Ireland will not include VAT on your invoice. Orders for Republic of Irelands will be subject to Customs, Taxes and other fees. You the customer will be liable to pay in full prior to delivery by our couriers. As the customer it is your responsibility to check the potential charges and organise payment for any Custom, Taxes, and other fees incurred prior to receiving the goods. These charges are not the responsibility of Adam and Eve Distribution.

Returns Procedure
Our clients’ satisfaction across our entire product range is our number one goal.
However there may be an instance where you wish to exchange an item for another or return for a refund.
If you do wish to either return or exchange your purchased products, please help us to resolve any problems quickly by undertaking the following steps:
Returned merchandise requires prior authorisation by Adam & Eve Distribution. Please contact us either by email (david@adamandevedistribution-co-uk.stackstaging.com) or by phone (01462 790900) to explain the problem with your item and for us to approve the return.
Notification of damaged goods, request to return an item, or any other query regarding your order must be made within 2 days of receipt.
For refunds and exchanges all returns must be in original packaging and in new condition; the packaging must be undamaged (unless the product is being exchanged due to a product fault) The returned item must be suitable for resale and the contents and quantity of the product must be as originally sold.
Returned goods MUST be returned via OUR courier – we will e mail you a label which we will ask you to print off and attach to your box
You will be responsible for the post and packaging costs of returning the products to us for any reason. If the item is tested and found to be faulty, we will reimburse your cost of returning the items.
Please ensure that you include your order number, name and contact details (email and phone number, if possible) with your return in addition to a brief description (1-2 sentences) about why you are returning the products.
If the above procedure has not been followed correctly we reserve the right not to process the returns.
Finally, let us assure you that we will try to resolve any problems you have as quickly as possible.

Refunds
Refunds will be issued as soon as possible, please understand that this may take a little while to show on your bank account.
In some cases, eg where you have ordered the wrong item and wish to return it or to cancel your order we will deduct up to £4.20 from your refund amount to cover re stocking.
Should an order not be delivered due to the customer refusing to accept the order or not collecting the order from as an example a courier collection point/Post Office then the cost of postage will be deducted from any refund issued.
We will always try to refund your payment quickly and efficiently.
